A request for a return, exchange or credit will not be considered without the sales receipt or invoice number
No returns after sixty (60) calendar days from the original sale.
All returned products, except for warranty claims, are to be 100% resalable and have been purchased from Little Hardware Company. The product is to be unused, in original condition and with original packaging.
No returns on "customized" products including, but not limited to, cut screen, fence, pipe, rope, cable, chain, wire, glass, and mixed paint products.
No returns on special ordered quantities or special ordered products or parts.
No returns or credit for items marked "NO RETURNS", "CLOSEOUT", "ALL SALES FINAL" or similarly on a receipt or invoice.
Little Hardware Company is required to follow various manufacturers policies on returns and credits. Little Hardware Company may not be allowed to accept a return or issue credit or an exchange unless or until the manufacturer or their representative has approved.
Warranties are from the manufacturer and not Little Hardware Company. Any warranty return, credit or exchange will only be processed by Little Hardware Company once the manufacturer’s warranty claim policies have been completely followed and the manufacturer has approved the return, credit, or exchange. Various manufacturers may require the end user to file for a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. Little Hardware Company will be glad to facilitate this warranty claim process to the best of their ability.
All reimbursements for returns will be the same method as the original sale. Cash for cash sale, credit card credit for credit card charge, account credit for account charge, etc.
Any returns that are shipped to Little Hardware Company are to be sent freight paid.
Prior authorization of a shipped return by a salesperson will help ensure the return is credited to your account.
All returns, exchanges or credits are subject to a twenty percent (20%) "Handling / Cleaning / Repackaging / Restocking" charge.
